Native to the north of Brazil, the Jambu plant has medicinal as well as culinary uses in traditional Amazonian cultures. The 'Acmella oleracea' or "electric daisy," known commonly in Brazil as "Jambu" has a trait that causes a tingling sensation when tasted. In an homage to its namesake, the Jambu desk celebrates the use of wood and its curved edges give a sleek yet subtle aesthetic. The desk is supported by three legs, and features an organically•shaped table surface. A set of drawers built into one of the legs serves as support for supplies or tools. Part of the Tapajós collection, launched in partnership with Espasso in December 2022.
