Prices
- All prices are F.O.B. New York or F.O.B. Los Angeles
- Subject to change after 60 days from estimate date
- Subject to change after 30 days from invoice date
- Buyer must provide a valid resale certificate at the time of purchase or sales tax will be applied to invoice

Terms
- 50% deposit to initiate orders
- All orders must be confirmed in writing. We require a signed copy of this form to process your order
- All balances are due in their entirety prior to shipment from origin and delivery. Client will be notified when the furniture is available for pick up or delivery
- All sales are final

Lead-time
14 - 16 weeks F.O.B. New York or 16 - 18 weeks F.O.B. Los Angeles:
- Approval of finishes
- Receipt of C.O.M. / C.O.L. (if applicable)
- Approval of shop drawings (if applicable)
Obs: in circumstances that fall beyond ESPASSO’s control (i.e. customs inspections, acts of nature during transit), lead-time and quoted delivery dates can be subject to change

Vintage, one-of-a-kind and showroom pieces
- Item(s) can be placed on hold for maximum of 2 days
- 10% non-refundable down payment is required to guarantee purchase
- All sales are final
Obs: if remaining balance is not completed within 7 days from the down payment, ESPASSO holds the right to reintroduce the item(s) for sale

Delivery and/or domestic shipping and handling
- Costs are not included and will be charged separately by ESPASSO’s suggested delivery service
- Client can arrange own pick up (warehouse fees will apply)
- For all Los Angeles showroom pick-ups and deliveries, loading dock fee will be charged

Quality control/damage claims
- Prior to release from warehouse, all items are inspected for quality
- After clients accept the delivered item(s), ESPASSO is not responsible for any damages

Finishes/samples
- Subject to slight color variations and slight irregularities of surface, grain and/or texture. No guarantee can be made of an exact match

Pieces out on memo/approval
- Pieces can go out on memo for a maximum of 2 days (credit card number required)
- If item(s) shows any kind of damage upon return, credit card will be billed for item’s full price

Rentals
- For a loan period of 2 days there is a 15% charge of the item(s) retail price (credit card number required)
- If item(s) shows any kind of damage upon return, credit card will be billed for item’s full price

C.O.M. Terms
- There is an additional cost for shipping and handling C.O.M. that must be paid in full
